The Hillary Clinton campaign |
| 7/22/2008 9:24:15 PM |
As exciting as having a woman and a black man running for president, it is sad that the Hillary Clinton campaign had to end instead of joining with Obama.
The Hillary Clinton campaign started off really strong, but eventually it lost wind as some of the tougher states came along and Obama made progress. What is the reason? Was it the policy differences? Her voting history?... Read More |

Hillary Clinton Campaign Working to Unite Democrats in Boston |
| 7/22/2008 1:57:27 PM |
The Hillary Rodham Clinton campaign has moved from presidential hopes to uniting the Democratic Party. In a recent Boston speech, Clinton asked thousands of letter carriers of the Hillary Clinton campaign to support Barack Obama. It is clear that she does not want McCain to win but I am not so sure she will be able to rally enough support behind Obama considering that... Read More |

Gone is the Balance Hillary Rodham Clinton Offered |
| 7/11/2008 6:58:37 AM |
By now everybody knows that we won’t have Hillary Clinton for President. Hillary Rodham Clinton is one of those characters that you will either love or despise. Those Americans who didn’t like her are delighted that Barack ultimately won the Clinton vs Obama battle. Now the competition is between Obama and McCain. I wonder why people think that either of these two... Read More |

Presidential Campaign Issues Tough This Year |
| 7/11/2008 6:56:17 AM |
Now that the primaries are over for the Democrats, everyone has to agree that it was quite a run that Hillary Clinton for President made. She showed herself to be quite the fighter, and she acquiesced to Obama when it was apparent that he was going to win the delegate count for the primaries. The Presidential campaign process is not quite over yet, and both the Republicans... Read More |

I wonder why people think that either or these two candidates are likely to do a better job than Hillary Rodham Clinton would have. Personally, I don’t like either of them. In all honesty I’m no big fan of Hillary either, but I think she’d have at least done a better job than either of the remaining candidates. Having to choose between Obama and McCain is like being stuck between a rock and a hard place. You have to choose between a major tax hike or the continuation of an excessively aggressive foreign policy. Neither one of those options appeals to me. Hillary Rodham Clinton was by no means a perfect candidate for president, but at least she offered balance. She was less conservative on the subject of foreign policy than McCain but not quite as fiscally liberal as Obama.

She showed herself to be quite the fighter, and she acquiesced to Obama when it was apparent that he was going to win the delegate count for the primaries. The Presidential campaign process is not quite over yet, and both the Republicans and Democrats have to hold their conventions late this summer. Th Presidential campaign issues this year are extremely serious. There is the price of fuel, the price of food, the quagmire in Iraq, the drum beating about Iran, and a whole host of social issues that seem to have been backburnered while the candidates address the most serious issues affecting all Americans-the economy, and the dreadful impact that high fuel costs are taking on almost everyone. None of these issues has a simple solution or short term one. Let's hope for the best with new blood in the White House. It appears neither McCain nor Obama have oil interests, so maybe there's hope on the horizon. |

Clinton vs Obama: where to now? |
| 7/5/2008 10:43:24 AM |

I'm not too sure what Hillary Rodham Clinton was up to in the lead-up to the convention, but she was up to something confusing, that's for sure.
However, in the Clinton vs Obama run, her confusion caused her to fall short, that is now well-established.
But, why did she not have what it took to beat Obama is a question that will be debated for years and years to come. Perhaps... Read More |
