clinton vs obama, hillary rodham clintonThe Hillary Rodham Clinton campaign has moved from presidential hopes to uniting the Democratic Party. In a recent Boston speech, Clinton asked thousands of letter carriers of the Hillary Clinton campaign to support Barack Obama. It is clear that she does not want McCain to win but I am not so sure she will be able to rally enough support behind Obama considering that during her campaign she was an advocate of mudslinging towards Obama. Her tune has change though after admitting defeat.

During her Boston speech 10,000 National Association of Letter Carriers got together in the Boston Exhibition Center to hear what she had to say. During her speech, she said and I quote, “The best way to stand up for everyone who feels invisible is to make sure we have a Democratic president taking the oath of office on Jan. 20, 2009 (boston.com).”

Her major points were that Obama would reform healthcare for the better, prevent outsourcing of governmental jobs and increase the happiness of middle to lower class America. Clinton vs Obama has turned to Clinton supporting her male counterpart.
